If the weather goes south…

Weather, particularly severe weather, is a very real and serious threat to any outdoor event and can have very serious consequences if left to chance.  The safety and well being of everybody in attendance is of the utmost concern and priority to any large scale / outdoor event organizer and so we continually rely on the full cooperation of everybody involved … patron and participant alike in the event of such situations.  Official announcements regarding inclement weather will be most easily accessible and available through our website and associated social media accounts.  We thank everybody for their understanding.
